Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time

In-Stock Items: All orders for in-stock items are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays).

Order Cut-off: Orders are not processed on Fridays, weekends (Saturday and Sunday), or major holidays. Orders placed after the Thursday processing window will begin processing the following Monday.

Notification: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery
We primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service) Ground Advantage and UPS (United States Parcel Service) Ground for all shipments.

Estimated Transit Time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier's efficiency. Please note: This is an estimate, and delivery times are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Rates and Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Carrier: We reserve the right to select the most efficient carrier (USPS or UPS) for your specific order.
4. Shipping Restrictions (Contiguous U.S. Only)
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states of the United States only.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, or International addresses at this time.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or military bases.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are responsible for ensuring your package reaches the carrier safely. Once the package is scanned by USPS or UPS, ownership transfers to the customer.

Damaged Shipments: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address] and include photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s). We will file a claim with the carrier and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund once the claim process is complete.

Lost Shipments: If tracking information shows a package has been delivered but you have not received it (a "porch pirate" situation), please contact the carrier directly (USPS or UPS) to file a lost package claim. We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
