Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following conditions:
Timeframe: You have 7 business days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier (USPS or UPS) to initiate a return.
Condition: The item(s) must be returned in the same condition that you received them. They must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale, gift cards, or personalized/customized items are generally non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to yellowhorsehatco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return within the 7-business-day window.
Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Purchaser Responsibility: The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.
Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Original Shipping Costs: Please note that the original shipping costs paid on your order are non-refundable.
