Custom designed hats
Our custom hats are made to your designs- In your color choice. Our hats are freehand burned- no stencils, stamps, tracing or lasers used! We do offer cowboy hat styles, and can shape any hat that does not have brim beading to a cowboy hat shape.
You are required to pay half up front for the hat and it is non refundable. If the hat is not paid for and claimed within 5 days of completion the hat will be forfeit and available for sale to another party.
On completion if you decide you did not like the hat, you are required to pay the 25% of the remainder of the balance and forfeit the hat, or choose to purchase the hat and resell. Deposits are non refundable or transferable.

1/2 Brim Cotton-smooth
Standard 1/2 brim design on our smooth cotton suede and a basic hat band
1/2 Brim Cotton- brushed
Standard 1/2 brim design on our brushed cotton and a basic hat band
3/4 Brim design- smooth or brushed
3/4 brim design with a basic hat band either brushed cotton or cotton suede (smooth)
Full brim design
Full brim designs are available on either brushed or smooth cotton and includes a basic hat band- shown with premium leather band and hat feather on a smooth cotton hat.
Bucket design
Any hat is available for a design on the bucket of the hat- shown is a 3/4 brim design with design on the bucket on a brushed cotton hat.
Full design
A full design hat is a hat that has a full brim and full bucket design. Includes a premium hat band. Shown on a brushed cotton hat.
Hand Beaded Brim
Custom hand beading available for the brim design of your hat- flat rate for full/half/quarter brim of beads available.
Underside burning
Underside burning can be in place of any of our burned options or added additionally- Can be just a small design, 1/2-full brim design.
Cowboy Hat
A cowboy hat style in cotton suede will normally only have a design on the front and back of the brim and then a design on the bucket-

repurposed leather, velvet, layered, lace and many other options available. when your hat is completed we will help you decide on a hat band that fits!
Hat Feathers
Our hat feathers are cruelty free- gathered from shed feathers. We can help you choose a feather that matches your hat and style.
Hat Pins
Western or crystal hat pins add a touch of class to any hat, and a little bit of bling. We can help you select a hat pin from any of our in stock styles.
